PRIVACY POLICY BETWEEN END USER AND EVOLTEES.COM
Every person who registers for a EVOL Tees learning course, or
inquires about EVOL Tees on campus courses, will have their personal
information protected from the general public. This means that all
personal information including mailing address, e-mail address,
telephone number and name will not be let, sold or released in any way
to any private organization or public agency – unless required by law.
Individuals need to be aware, however, that their names and e-mail
address will be visible to the general public whenever they leave a
comment on the website. EVOL Tees takes no responsibility for any
actions arising subsequent to the posting of this information.
EVOL Tees may mail information to EVOL Tees registered students about
program schedules, new courses, or information about EVOL Tees. When
this occurs, no private organization or public agency – unless required
by law – will be given personal information of any EVOL Tees registrant
as described in statement number one. Registrants may choose not to be
included in such mailings, and this choice will be respected by EVOL
Tees indefinitely.
The owner of EVOL Tees, or any other person associated with EVOL Tees
who has access to the registrant database, will not release any personal
information of any registrant to any person, private organization, or
public agency, unless required by law, or without first obtaining the
written permission of that registrant. In this context, an e-mail
authorizing the release of personal information will be considered
sufficient evidence of authorization.
EVOL Tees welcomes your comments regarding the Statement of Privacy. If
