EVOL Tees Return Policy
Here at EVOL Tees, we take pride in providing you -- our customer -- with exactly what you want, because we stand behind our work.

Possible Reasons for Return
Due to the nature of custom screenprinting and embroidery, EVOL Tees will only replace defective items or refund payment for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:
- the blank product is materially flawed (holes, tears, etc.),
- you find the decoration quality (screenprinting, embroidery, etc.) is not of a commercially acceptable level, or
- the design on the products you received is markedly different than the final artwork representation you approved.

Garments provided by the customer are not covered under The EVOL Tees return policy. The customer assumes all risk and responsibility.

Notice About Ink Colors
Please note that due to varying monitor settings, the colors represented on the online art approval may not match the actual ink or thread colors screenprinted or embroidered on your garments. EVOL Tees is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the actual ink or thread colors. Samples of both ink and thread colors are available upon request.

 

WEBSITE DESIGN / DEVELOPEMENT:

Development Process, Payment Obligations, Renewals, Cancellations, And Refunds The deposit paid to EVOL Tees Web Development covers the cost of design work carried out. The deposit will be 50% - 100% of the total cost of the site build. It is not possible to refund a deposit after thirty (30) days. Additionally EVOL Tees Web Development institutes an up front three (3) day (72 hour) “buyers remorse” policy in which a client can receive a full refund from the time of initial deposit. EVOL Tees Web Development reserves the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by EVOL Tees Web Development, but possible providing EVOL Tees Web Development decides upon this option. If Client requests a refund after the three (3) day remorse period and prior to thirty (30) days it is possible for EVOL Tees Web Development to chose to refund part but not all of the monies paid. If this option is chosen by EVOL Tees Web Development hourly design and development costs will be considered factors in determining the amount to be refunded. If paid by PayPal, refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account provided at the time of purchase. If your account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on your part, you will not be eligible for a refund. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.  EVOL Tees reserves the right to refuse service.

 

DOMAIN TRANSFERS For domains not originally registered with us there will be no transfer-in / transfer-out fee. Domains originally registered by EVOL Tees will require a transfer-out fee to be paid by the client. It will be the clients responsibility to transfer the domain name(s) to another web hosting company.
